More than just a house

Our Home

Living in the house is one of the best parts of being in Alpha Phi—it’s where everything happens. Whether it’s getting ready together before an event, late-night talks in the living room, or just hanging out between classes, it really feels like a home, not just a place you live.

We have space for about 50–60 members, with a mix of 16 doubles, 8 singles, 1 triple, and a sleeping porch that fits 22. No matter where you are in the house, you’re always surrounded by people, which makes it super easy to feel connected and never alone.

The Little Things:

  • Free coffee bar every morning

  • Newly renovated kitchen and dining space

  • Stocked pantry with snacks

  • Cozy living spaces and common rooms

  • Study room and library

  • Ice machine + vending machine

  • Craft room

  • Tanning porch

  • And so much more

Day-to-Day Life

Life in the house just makes everything easier. Our chef, Shauna, makes two meals everyday, Monday through Friday and is amazing about accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions. Meals are such a fun time to all sit down together or grab something quick before class.

We also have cleaning staff that comes during the week, which keeps everything feeling nice without adding stress to your schedule.

The People

One of the best parts of living here is the support system. There’s always someone around to study with, talk to, or just hang out with.

Our house mom, Andrea, is also such an important part of the house—she’s always there for advice, support, or just making sure everyone’s doing okay.
